Althea Korea: A'Bloom + Giveaway!

I am an avid fan of Althea since day one and what I love about them is that they are not running out of surprises for their followers. First, they launched their own makeup line followed by their own skincare products that creates a huge impact to us K-Beauty fans. Then last April they launched not one, not two, but three exciting products to play with and that is The A’Bloom Beauty Playground. Now, let’s take a closer look one by one. 

A’Bloom consists of Meringue Puffs, Sheet Masks, and a Blackhead Blaster. The collection aims to turn your ordinary beauty routine into a fun and playful one.  See the photos below and feast your eyes.  

Meringue Puffs has two different sizes The Giant and The Baby. The large one is ideal for covering large areas of the face while the small one (set of three) is for corners and crannies of the face. This is the first beauty-tool of Althea Korea and they did a very good job. It’s super cute, the quality is perfect and they are soft on the skin. I am actually planning not to use it and display it instead hahaha it’s really cute!!!

Sheet Masks has four different formulas that targets different skin needs. All four variants are made with thin and elastic sheet mask that sticks well to the face and has 25grams of essence. Each one of them has a refreshing scent plus, they have the most cutest and quirky names and packaging ever!

• Water-Me-Long for Moisturizing; it is infused with trehalose, lavender and watermelon extract that helps to hydrate and soothes redness by cooling down your skin.
• Avo-Cuddle-Me for Nourishing; the avocado and hibiscus flowers will make your skin supple for a period of time and helps to prevent the signs of aging because of its antioxidants properties.
• Ac-Me-Peach for Anti-Blemish; it contains peach and tea tree extract to treat spots as well as minimizing enlarged pores leaving your skin clear and healthy.
• Sparkle-Me-Bright for Brightening; it has vitamin c to brighten up your complexion while the green tea and niacinamide helps to clear dark spot leaving your skin radiant.

BHA Blackhead Blaster will help you to get rid of blackheads in a fun way. It’s formulated with a mixture of BHA (derived from willow bark) and apricot seed powder that will give you a gentle but effective cleanse. It also has charcoal and tea extracts to detoxify and control excess sebum production which is perfect for those who has acne-prone skin. It’s easy to use; the packaging is very compact and sturdy and has 8grams of product. It also smells tea tree oil.

As far as I know, korean products are really effective and very gentle on the skin that is why I am really a fan. On the other hand, Althea Korea is really good when it comes to producing products, very affordable yet the quality is excellent.
