GUMBO - TASTE OF NEW ORLEANS

Last Sunday me and my boyfriend went to SM Megamall to watch a movie. After watching a movie (Boys Next Door) we decided to go for a walk before we take our late lunch, magpapa-gutom ba since we're not that hungry kasi nga inuna namin yung nachos with tomato salsa and zagu haha! (ultimate movie buddy). After that, we started to look for a restaurant to eat at and we went to Mega Atrium (SM MEGAMALL), this area will help you to decide what or where to eat. While we're looking at Gumbo's big menu, a guy approached us and offered their best seller as well as their promo. Magaling mag "salestalk" si kuya kaya na convinced niya kami. Pero at first mukha naman talagang masarap ang pagkain nila. And now I'm gonna share the delicious dishes we had for lunch during that day.

Oops Jumpin' Fish and Chips

Cream dory fillet seasoned and coated with a special batter, fried to folden, served with U.S fries, lemon wedge, and remoulade sauce.

Bourbon-Style Baby Back Ribs

Seasoned pork ribs, char-broiled to perfection, basted with Bourbon-style barbeque sauce.

I have one word that will describe this dish, Mouthwatering! You'll surely love the soft texture and tastiness of the pork. 

Final Verdict:

We totally enjoyed our lunch here. I love the fact that the ingredients were served fresh, you can tell the difference. Definitely, we will go back here to satisfy our cravings.
